WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
Imagine a soothing journey of sound that washes over you, leaving you in a state of blissful relaxation. As you lie on a comfortable yoga mat, surrounded by the gentle resonance of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, the harmonious sounds and vibrations work in harmony to entrain your mind, guiding it to a profound state of relaxation. Many participants report feeling not only deeply relaxed but also experiencing reduced stress levels, more restful sleep, heightened mental clarity, and newfound creative inspiration. While a single session is a wonderful experience, the cumulative effects of regular sound baths can lead to sustained improvements in overall well-being. Every sound bath session is a one-of-a-kind journey, tailored to the individual, and participants often describe their own unique sensations and insights
Sessions cost £10 per person and must be booked in advance. A yoga mat, blanket and cushion/pillow are required. If someone is unable to lie on the floor, a reclining deckchair is ok.
